Hello World, and welcome to my blog. Yes I know I never get around to updating my web-pages, so perhaps this will make it easier to add things to read - we will see. If you are interested in the stuff behind this, then read on.

OK first why have I decided to use a blog, and not just a standard homepage. The answer has more to do with my autistic nature than anything else. I found myself attempting to categorise things, before I had even written them, so they would fit on my homepage. The net result is that I never got around to updating it. What I wanted was something I could just post stuff to and figure out how to organise it later; well with luck that's what I have got here. I also wanted a way of making it easy to update stuff, so anything with a web front end was going to be a winner. I did play with the idea of using a Wiki, but I felt I was going to fall into the organising trap again! So here we are.

This blog uses Blosxom with a slightly modified (due to broken plugings) theme called Graffitti. Thanks to those guys!
